interview with mr. saif

The guy who we interviewed is saif al zabbi, he defended entrepreneur as a person who person who owns and operates a small business, and his motivation was being positive read about other people work. This is his first business or project. Each week he work for 56 hours on his major work and the he go to check on his own business, but he didn’t mention the hours he spend then. He is so careful about the planning mater, so he planned his tasks before starting his business so he can make it perfect. Having a business can help in life too much. He told as that he was working and studying the IT field, so that helped him to connect with people who have success in their project. This Idea has come to his mind because of the few amount of laundries over the place. The goals he was aiming for is to pay his loan, buy a car , and his biggest goal was to open branches all over the UAE and developing new techniques to mitigate the risks. The main things that make me surprise and interested in was: that he save his amount only for 5 mouths only. The time took him to positive cash-flow position was around 1 year. He faced some pressure during the first stages mainly form the worker’s and the salaries. I was shocked to hear from him that some negative people told him that this project will not work. So I learned form this interview is that starting a small business need a lot of positive thinking and motivation
